EAT & DRINK

Delhi is a large city and has large number of eateries. Lots of places to wine and dine. From budget places to laps of luxury and absolute gourmet stuff. We have started out with our eating out list. Since food is something that most people do take seriously and also that, a good experience in a restaurant becomes a lingering memory and a bad one sticks out like a sore thumb.
No, we don't think the list is comprehensive yet. Besides these, we are quite sure, there are plenty of other restaurants, pubs and such. Do keep coming back for updates.

Oberoi Flight Services
Oberoi Flight Services, a member of the Oberoi group, is the first flight catering unit in South Asia to be conferred the ISO 9002:1994 registration unconditionally for it's Mumbai unit. British Standard Institution, U.K., awarded this registration for the production and supply of airline catering meals with a qualitative management system and HACCP (Hazard Ananlysis Critical Control Points).

The flight services caters to a number of international airlines and air charter companies from its kitchens in Mumbai, New Delhi and Chennai. Stringent quality control measures and strict hygiene codes are an integral part of its operations . The certification is a result of rigorous audit, assessing the unit on various elements including suppliers assessment, control of raw materials, production planning, cleaning procedures , hygiene inspection and pest control procedures.

Winter Collection
The Park recently presented Manish Arora's Fall Winter Collection 1998 at The Oak Room. It was an elegant evening styled exclusively for the corporates and socialites of Delhi. Manish's clothes exude an attitude and his style is original. Visualisation has always been his signature style and after emerging from the portals of NIFT, he has created stylish contemporary lines for women.

Breaking away from the traditional heavy embroidered clothes, the highlight was block printing done on unusual fabrics like velvet, georgette and silk. There were velvets, mirrors, sarees and fabrics from Jama Masjid made into chic dresses for women and accessorised with the decorative pieces of an autorickshaw.

PIZZA HUT - KFC outlet
NOIDA recently got the benefit of having a two-in-one outlet in the form of KFC and Pizza Hut multiplex in sector 18. Both are comfortable 100 seater restaurants. The menu is the same as it is in the other outlets as also is the price. The new restaurant also has a salad bar where are available a wide variety of vegetables, fruits and dressings for one to create ones own salad.
