SPECIAL FEATURES
Steel Frame

 

 

 Are fabricated from, only, tested steel plates supported with heavy cross ribs to ensure maximum strength to the platform to avoid bents on odd and heavy pressures, specially, stress releaved to ensure the rigidity & durability.
Clutch

 

 Rolling key clutch is of simple design, easy to operate to ensure continuos strokes for mass production.The non repeat clutch mechanism can be made on order.
Brake The brake is powerful, compensated by spring and quality leather which automatically, work on top of dead center
Lubrication An efficient, semi automatic, lubricant system has been provided to lubricate the sliding surface and moving parts.
Gear Made of special bronze metal, ensuring long life, where as the Center Gear Bush (Heat Treated) is made from the special alloy steel.
Ejector & Double Key system These are provided specially for the use of spring dies on special orders.
